A very similar layout to my last one, same fonts (aaah! can't you tell I love that font?) but with a different colour scheme. I normally don't use such contrasting colours, but I really think it works.
Features; tinyicons, custom font, rounded userpics.

CSS: GOLDFISH
Live preview: I'm using it here @ [community profile] dustier
EDIT! CSS link updated to fix problems with Chrome: 16/11/12.

Instructions:
Go to 'Customize' & apply any of the 'Crisped' base themes.
Make sure it's set to 2 Column (Sidebar on the left).
Go to 'Customize your theme', then 'Custom CSS'.
Where it says 'Use layout's stylesheet(s)', click no.
Copy & Paste the CSS into the big white box.
Hit save, and voila!

Let me know if you have any questions/need help.
Note! If you would like to change any of the colours, I used this colour palette, so you'll find all the hex codes on there :)

Sticking my head in as one of the people who works on Offical Styles Things. Tabula Rasa is actually not quite a layout in it's own right, though we list it as such - it's actually basically just CSS that provides a pile of default settings for other layouts to build on (only 10 of the ~40 live bases don't use Tabula Rasa's backend). And yeah, we're a pure CSS backend (unlike, say, Smooth Sailing, which is all tables everywhere).

Also! These would be totally viable candidates for submission at [site community profile] dreamscapes - a few bits and pieces might have to go, depending on usage terms (the custom icons and cursors mostly), but they're cute layouts and I'd be happy to convert them over to full DW code :3

Well, in some ways, it's great for building layouts on - it provides a lot of the basic styling, like linking colors in the Customize wizard to the right parts of stuff, but it's sort of just a framework so you can add styles and more colors and stuff on top.

The full submission guidelines are here. This would be a 'conversion', because it only exists in CSS form. My two bits of advice, as someone who does a lot of the conversion submissions - give both the base layout and the color theme names, because I am TERRIBLE at coming up with them, and if you're feeling up to it, a second or third color scheme. It always makes me sad to see layouts go live with only one color XD

Hmmm. I think the rounded userpics should be fine - we only have about a million styles that don't have rounded ones, if someone doesn't like them *g*

And no problem - I'm a terrible enabler about styles, particularly because I see a lot of people complaining that DW doesn't have any good/pretty layouts. And I'm a good coder, but a sort of so-so designer.
